PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site are carried out at the headquarters of the data controller and are handled by the data controller or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. In this site the User may voluntarily and optionally provide personal data, including the e.mail address, for:

The completion of the forms on the site involves the acquisition of data necessary to respond to the requests made. The acquisition of the data of the same and the sender’s e-mail address is necessary in order to respond to the request made.
OPTIONALITY OF DATA CONFERMENT
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to request confirmation of the reservation or other information. Failure to provide them, however, may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are processed by automated and paper-based tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested therein, the integration of the data;

c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

Anti-tracking function (DoNotTrack or DNT)
